What does this include?

So once you have paid up for the week there are no hidden extras except the cost of your laundry, toilet paper, food and any additional internet services or air-conditioning which you may require.

What if I want to stay for less than 4 weeks or stay longer?

We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 weeks during the peak season (May – September). Often we find due to our low rates we have residents who are happy to pay for the full 4 weeks (even if they stay for less time) as we are still more reasonable than staying in a hostel and we provide you with a touch more luxury at a budget price. Any extension of bookings is subject to room availability.

What do I have to pay when I arrive?

When you arrive you will be asked to pay:

• First weeks rent
• Last 2 weeks rent in advance
• Security deposit of $100 per person (returned upon check out).

How do I reserve a room?

We require a $50 per person booking deposit to secure a room.  This deposit is non-refundable and will be returned to you when you move in.  When you book you must specify your arrival and departure dates, and provide us with a form of photo ID including passport, driving licence etc.

This can be made by credit card via the secure payment system on this website, click here for our online credit card payment form.  This form is located on a secure server and we do not store your credit card details on the server after your form details have been retrieved.

How do I pay rent?

You will need to come to our offices each week to pay your rent on the due date.

We accept cash, credit card (small processing fee applies) or eftpos.  Otherwise you have the option of direct depositing your rent into our bank account if this is easier for you.  We will provide you with the details on arrival.
