FRIENDLY TEAM ONHAND TO HELP
Booking
Once you have booked a room, we will send you a confirmation email explaining exactly what you need to do, how to find us, and what you will need to pay when you arrive. We aim to make the process as simple as possible.
Checking In
At our office you will receive a friendly welcome and become part of the Cairns Share house family.
- You will be booked an appointment time to attend a welcome meeting where our team will run through everything with you to make sure you are comfortable in your new home and location.
- We will provide you with an arrival pack with useful information, map of Cairns and general information to help you settle in.
- We will then drive you from our offices to your new home and help you with your bags.
Online & easy
To try to make life living with us as simple as possible, we are also online to make communicating with our team as easy as possible. Once a tenant, you will receive information on how to pay your rent online, receive updates on the latest jobs, find out what social events are coming up and book your tours online. Our aim is to make life with us as easy and relaxed as possible.
Our office
Our office is open 6 days per week and is a place you can come for a chat, pay your rent and find out what’s going on in Cairns each. We also have a great selection of DVDs to choose from, you can check your emails or just relax and the read the paper.
MODERN, CLEAN & SAFE SHARE HOUSES
Clean, tidy and modern
We pride ourselves on offering quality, clean share accommodation.
Our houses are tastefully furnished so no floral carpets or brown walls!
- Each week our cleaners visit each apartment to clean the kitchen, bathroom & lounge areas.
- Each day we visit the apartments to make sure the shared areas such as the kitchen, bathroom & lounge areas are hygienic and clean.
- Each week our own Maintenance Team visit the properties to keep the gardens groomed, the bins emptied and the pool/spa areas clean to make life that little bit easier for you.
Safe and secure
Each of our apartments have locks on the front and back doors, and each room has it’s own lock and set of keys.
Each apartment also features security gates and we employ a local security firm to visit our apartments regularly to make sure that all residents are safe and happy.
GREAT VALUE AND GREAT FUN
Making friends
We have a great relationship with our guests and often enjoy a few drinks together at the end of the day. We will get to you know you on a first name basis, and introduce you to other guests by organizing barbecues, nights out and activities together as a group so that you can practice your language skills and pick up travel tips. Days out
You are obviously here to see some of our fabulous sights, including the world famous Great Barrier Reef, lush rainforests and stunning outback all within easy access of Cairns. We can also help you plan your trips to other parts of Australia including the Whitsundays, Ayers Rock and Sydney. Our friendly team are available to help you plan your tours and travels and also offer up to 10% discount on most tours for you and your friends.
