• Each house is unique, some featuring landscaped gardens, resort pool, luxury garden spa or barbecue facilities. All facilities are maintained by Cairns-Sharehouse.com so you can just sit back and relax.
• We offer a large selection of new and classic favourite DVDs for hire at our office, as well as speedy internet access and facilities to download your new photos onto CDs.

Safe and secure …..

• All our apartments feature security gates and we employ a local security firm to visit our apartments every night to make sure that all residents are safe and happy.

Clean and tidy ….

• Each week we employ professional cleaners to visit each apartment to ensure the common areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Each day we visit the apartments to ensure the common areas are hygienic and clean (we do not go into your room). Some of our larger apartments also have onsite caretakers.
• Each week our own Maintenance Team visit the properties to keep the gardens groomed, the bins emptied and the pool/spa areas clean to make life that little bit easier for you.

The Apartments & Bedrooms

Each sharehouse consists of several individual apartments where you will find 4-6 private bedrooms for rent per apartment.  Depending on the size of the apartment you could be sharing with between 6-10 other like minded people, all enjoying the tropical lifestyle of Cairns.

Each apartment is tastefully furnished and the majority feature:

• Two bathrooms and two toilets (so no waiting for hours!)
• Comfortable lounge area with sofas, coffee table, writing desk and TV & DVD player.
• Modern kitchen which is fully fitted with everything you need, from cutlery to plates to saucepans.  We also provide a microwave, blender, stove plus two large fridges and cupboards labelled for each resident.
• Outdoor patio or balcony area so you can enjoy the wonderful outdoor lifestyle Cairns has to offer.
• Easy to use coin-operated laundry facilities, iron and ironing board (per house).
• Telephone so you can receive incoming calls and make any outgoing emergency calls (per house).  We also sell phone cards for residents to make outgoing calls from home easily.

The Rooms

We offer clean and modern accommodation in single, twin and double bedrooms.

Each room includes:

• Fitted built-in wardrobes
• Bed side table
• Desk
• Ceiling Fan
• Fresh bed linen (except towels)
• Lockable door

Our rooms are comfortable and designed for travellers craving those small touches of home – a laundry basket, mirror, clock, tea towel and even a corkboard for photos of your family or adventures with friends. 

Some of our rooms also feature private balconies, air-conditioning, private TV/DVD player per room and internet.
