Booking

Once you have booked a room, we will send you a confirmation e-mail explaining exactly what you need to do, how to find us, and what you will need to pay before you arrive. We aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Checking In

Once you have paid your money, we will send you an e-mail providing you with instructions on how to pick up your keys, either directly from the house or from office depending on the property you have booked.

You will be booked an appointment time to attend a welcome meeting where our team will run through everything with you to make sure you are comfortable in your new home and location.

We will provide you with a copy of your contract, offer useful information, tour advice and help answer all of your questions.

Online & easy

To try to make life living with us as simple as possible, we are also online to make communicating with our team as easy as possible. Once a tenant, you will receive information on how to pay your rent online, receive updates on the latest jobs, find out what social events are coming up and book your tours online. Our aim is to make life with us as easy and relaxed as possible.

Our office

Our office is open 6 days per week and is a place you can come for a chat, pay your rent and find out what’s going on in Cairns each. We also have a great selection of DVDs to choose from, you can check your emails or just relax and the read the paper.
