Step 3 – Pay the booking deposit (see Upfront Costs)
Step 4 – 1 week prior to arrival pay arrival balance (see Upfront Costs)
Any rent due between your first two weeks and last two weeks rent is paid weekly.
Step 5 – We will send you instructions of how to pick up your keys directly from the house.
What you pay to secure your booking:
- $50.00 booking deposit per person to hold a room. (non-refundable if you cancel your booking, credited against your arrival balance)
What you pay upfront:
- First 2 weeks rent
- Last 2 weeks rent in advance
- Security deposit of $160 per person (refundable)
- Bedding Pack $40 (optional)
- Exit clean $80/bed
