HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MOVE OUT DATE

Your room is confirmed until the date of departure that you have provided the office.

It is possible for other guests to prebook your room in advance from the date of departure that you have provided us.

We strongly recommend that our guests always book for a little longer than they expect to stay to avoid disappointment.

It is still possible to reduce your stay as long as you have stayed for 4 weeks minimum and provide us with 2 weeks notice of the new departure date (so we can apply the last 2 weeks rent paid in advance).

If you wish to change your move out date complete the form below – remember we do not refund unused rent and we do not extend the stay of tenants that are behind in their rent.

Your details

  • Any request for extension made less than one week before move out date MAY NOT ACCEPTED, as the room may have been presold.
  • Cairns Sharehouse does not refund any money from pre-paid rent or rent in dvance - it is your responsibility to manage your dates and payments.
  • Additional nights are charged at $75 per night per room if staying after your agreed checkout date.
