The shuttle bus will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to your sharehouse.  The shuttle bus travels to the city approximately every half hour.

We will then book the shuttle bus most suitable to your departure time and send you a confirmation email with instructions of how to make the $5.00  payment. 

We generally recommend all guests arrange a pick up at least 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights.

General information about airport pick up service:

• Shuttle departure from Cairns Airport will be as soon as possible and can often vary from time to time depending on Flight status.
• It is important that you have your mobile switched on upon arrival and have access to your booking confirmation/booking reference number.  
• Should your arrival flight be delayed, don’t worry the shuttle bus company will place you on the next shuttle bus! 
• No need to ring or email your flight arrival delays – as they can see all flight updates and will accommodate as necessary. Once luggage is collected please proceed outside to the meeting area (Bus Parking Bay number 6) this is where the bus will meet you. The buses pass through this meeting point twice every hour am and once every hour pm, so if the bus isn’t there, just stay there and the next shuttle won’t be far.  
• For all international flights, please walk over to this meeting point at the domestic terminal – you can follow the Green line. (There is a map for you to print on your booking confirmation.)

The shuttle bus will pick you up from your sharehouse and take you to the airport.

It is essential that you are at the pickup location ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to the return time, waiting outside on the street front of your Sharehouse.
